Colleague Introduction: Jadziah DeRosia

TCV is excited to welcome Jadziah as the newest Trust Administrator in our Rutland office.

Jadziah Joins TCV as a trust administrator. She holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts and spent the early part of her career as a fisheries biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. After several years, she transitioned into the real estate industry, where she spent the past five years helping clients navigate major life decisions, build trust, and achieve their goals of home ownership. 

Jadziah is excited to join TCV and work for a company that builds long-term relationships with clients, fosters community involvement, and is committed to its core values. 

Outside of work, Jadziah is active in the Rutland community, where she serves on several local non-profit boards, supports small businesses, and enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two sons, ages one and three.
