Livia K. DeMarchis elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC)

ACTEC is the premier trust and estate planning fellowship in the United States, comprised of approximately 2,400 trust and estate lawyers and law professors from all 50 states as well as 16 countries. ACTEC Fellows are true leaders in the field of trust and estate planning, having demonstrated the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence, and experience as trust and estate counselors. ACTEC Fellows are selected through a rigorous peer review process, making this recognition one of the highest honors for a trust and estate attorney.
Livia K. DeMarchis has practiced in the area of trusts and estates law for 11 years and earned her law degree from Yale Law School. Livia serves as Fiduciary Counsel for Trust Company of Vermont along with Jeanne C. Blackmore, who is also an ACTEC Fellow. Trust Company of Vermont is one of the few trust companies in the nation to have more than one ACTEC fellow!
