Colleague Introduction: Lindsay Melzig

TCV is excited to welcome Lindsay as the newest Portfolio Manager in our Manchester office.

Lindsay joins TCV as a portfolio manager. She holds a B.A. from Williams College and spent the first 15 years of her career in Merchandising leadership and Sales Planning, working for two iconic American brands: first Under Armour, and most recently The Orvis Company. Her focus was in customer-centric strategy, business analytics, and team development.  The most rewarding part of her career so far has been building strong cross-functional relationships, and establishing a culture of service & respect.

Lindsay lives in Manchester, VT, with her husband, Doug, son (7), daughter (5), and black lab, Josie. They love to adventure outdoors – traveling, hiking, fishing, canoeing, and camping.

Lindsay ran track & field and played basketball at Williams College, and is a believer in the power of sports for creating strong community members & leaders.  

She is an avid sports fan, recently expanding her fandom beyond pro & college sports, into youth sports too – this past winter she had the joy of coaching her son’s 1^st grade basketball team.
