Colleague Introduction: Jason Shi

TCV is excited to welcome Jason as the newest Trust Officer in our Burlington office.

Jason joins TCV with over a decade of experience in client relationship management across the international education and financial services sectors. Most recently, he served as a Client Service Manager at Hanson + Doremus Investment Management in Burlington, VT, where he partnered closely with clients to support account management, operational needs, and long-term relationship development. 

Jason was drawn to TCV by the firm’s comprehensive service offering, strong client relationships, and deep expertise in trust and wealth management. He looks forward to supporting clients in achieving their goals while continuing to expand his knowledge in estate planning and trust administration. 

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Dalian Jiaotong University and an MBA from Wright State University. He currently serves on the Financial Committee at Williston Federated Church and as a board member of the Vermont Chinese School.

Jason lives in Williston with his wife and three children. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys spending time with family, travelling, snowboarding and playing basketball. This past year, he also coached his daughter’s first-grade basketball team.
